Junior High/Senior High Peace and Justice Retreat
What: Participants will prepare food and travel to Philadelphia to provide food and jackets to the homeless. In addition, participants will help with an ongoing “plarning project” to continue to make sleeping mats for future homeless ministry events.
Who: Grades 6-12
Cost: $30
Where: Woodbury Community of Christ, Woodbury, NJ and Center City Philadelphia (10:00-2:00 Sat. Feb. 23)
When: Drop off Time: 7:00 pm Friday, February 22, 2019 - Pick up Time: 1:00 pm Sunday, February 24, 2019 (Worship ends at 12; there will be a potluck lunch afterwards hosted by the Woodbury congregation)
